Yeah, this is an issue with samba.  For some reason it doesn't copy over
the libsmbclient stuff over upon a `make install`.  I run LFS as well,
and had to copy the file by hand.  Ah well, either way I have a
/usr/lib/libsmbclient.[a|so|so.0], so mine compiled just fine.
