linc_mutex_new problems

BTW, I have a problem with 'linc_mutex_new' function found in 
linclib.so, and derivate libs there of (like bonobo,croco,gtkhtml,pango, 
etc) when compiling GARNOME. When coming to the librsvg (first instance) 
I get this compiler error:

 cannot find the reference to 'linc_mutex_new' in libcrlayeng.so

I have a REDHAT 8.0 system, and was able to compile the 0.24.2 build of 
GARNOME.

I have this when compiling:
Gcc-3.2 RH build
libpthreads.so -needed by liblinc,glib
glibc-2.3.2-4.80.6 -needed by liblinc,glib
