Hi Guys

I downloaded latest version of ORBit and glib from here

    http://www.gnome.org/projects/ORBit2/download.html

installed them both using make install. but i still got the same error.

does this matter?

#rpm -qa | grep ORB
ORBit2-2.6.0-2
ORBit-0.5.17-7
ORBit-devel-0.5.17-7
ORBit2-devel-2.6.0-2

seems the configure fails because of (low | incorrect) ORBit version
number. the dependencies are not met.
