compiling 2.5.91 fails in gstmad.c

I downloaded, unpacked, and run make paranoid-install in desktop
directory.  This is the error:

Since 2.6 is coming out soon, I will probably just wait for it.  But if
anyone knows the cause of this, would be nice.  Thanks.
