Building garnome-2.11.91 Ubuntu/Debian

I'm stuck and need a new set of eyes...

I've installed /bootstrap components and checked my synaptic packages.
My env has PKG_CONFIG_PATH set to point to garnome
I've included my run results below.

Any thoughts would be helpful.
