garnome-2.9.91: Bleeding edge MONO revisited

Some consideration shown be given to retreating to the stable version of
MONO, which is currently version 1.06. 

* monodoc-1.06 builds and runs

* monodevelop-0.5.1. builds and runs


Observation:

Regarding mono-1.1.3 *and* mono-1.1.4, which has compilation problems,
