EOG build errors?

when running "make paranoid-install" in desktop/, I get an error when
garnome is building eog-2.9.0

I get the same errors as listed

(only with a different path, of course)

I've tried installing libjpeg manually, and when it didn't work with
that I decided to use apt-get install libjpeg62-dev, and I'm still
getting all those errors

any ideas?
