building f-spot-0.1.3 with the mono-1.1.10 stack

Attached is a garball for building f-spot-0.1.3 using the mono-1.1.10
stack.

Discussion

The mono-1.1.10 stack tightened up error handling. In particular,

        You can only take the address of unfixed expression inside of a
        fixed statement initializer.

I worked around with by implementing two changes referenced in the
Changelog:

  * src/Ciff.cs: use ToSingle;
  * src/BitConverter.cs: add ToSingle method.

I replaced these files in 0.1.3 with their counterparts from CVS, which
solved the compilation problem.

BTW,  the version currently in CVS builds without incident.
