Hi,

the strings for Chinese weekdays and months are there in the 
lang.script. The problem is that they are not in Unicode and therefore 
don't show correctly on your system. I will convert all the Chinese 
characters to unicode in the next version (0.26), and will send it to 
you for testing before uploading to gDesklets website. But it must wait 
until the Friday, don't have much time right now.
