GDM branched for GNOME 2.0 (GDM 2.4)

I made a branch called gdm-2-2 in cvs which will be the stable branch for
gnome 1.x for now on.

Development will go on in HEAD and the first course of action is to make the
whole thing compile/work in gnome2
