[Geary] Heads up: DB upgrade just landed in master

Hey all,

If you are following the development branch of Geary, I've just 
committed a patch that applies a database upgrade, which if you run 
once will mean you can't go back to 0.11.x, unless you make a backup of 
your accounts' database files.

The upgrade fixes a problem with the full-text search table getting 
corrupted, slowing it down and in some cases breaking search 
altogether. See the bug for details:

I'll apply this to the LTS/stable branch after it's had some wider 
testing and release 0.11.3 with it ASAP (i.e. in about a month's time).
