[gedit-list] insert table plugin

Hi!

I have written a very simple plugin that insert a table (like the one below) given the number of rows and columns, the width of the table and the height of a row.

exmple table:

Comments, suggestions even insults pointing out blatant errors are appreciated ;)


(against gedit 2.1.5 cvs, unzip the tarball in the plugin subdir, the trivial patch changes the makefiles)
