[gedit-list] Plugin: Open With

Hello all
As mentioned erlier I've been working on a plugin that adds the "Open
With" menu from nautilus to gedit's document tabs. 

Here it is. Not finished yet, but I would like to know what you think :)

The screenshot also shows a color theme that I'm working on, based on
the Tango project. Will do one with a bright background too, of course.
