Same problem when we download `gedit-plugins` from
http://ftp.acc.umu.se/pub/GNOME/sources/gedit-plugins/2.30/

There's no `def install_ui` in the file
`gedit-plugins-2.30.0/plugins/commander/commander/windowhelper.py`
