[Gimp-developer] minor tooltip bug on external editor window

Select the text tool and check the "Use editor" box. In the opened
window, hover the mouse over the font settings. The tooltip over the
font size unit list is the same as the one over the font size list,
whereas it should read "Font size unit" (as it is in the main program
toolbox, where it s correct).
