thank you for your work!
I personally think as the progress in photography
continues such work is necessary and much appreciated.
Indeed, there is a [MPO file loader plug-in] in
the GIMP registry. It's just a loader and has no
export functionality.
I checked your tool and saw that it doesn't implement
the GIMP's plug-in interface.
Perhaps you want to join your efforts with the
author of the original MPO plug-in to extend its
functionality with your code?
