I found a solution.
In a terminal
flatpak run org.gimp.GIMP -n &
And then
Edit - Preferences - Interface - Language and select
한국어[ko]
Ok
And in a terminal
flatpak run org.gimp.GIMP -n &
Then gimp with Korean language appear.
