[Gimp-user] Screen tearing and slow when panning the canvas under windows 7

So its like this for everyone using windows  + gimp? because i have asked a few
friends who use windows 7 x64 and only one other has the same problem, but not
as bad as mine, only with very large images. its usually worst than in the video
i recorded, i think it worst when gimp is maximized and depending on the canvas
size. i thought enabling an aero theme would fix it but its still the same
