Upon first glance, the little user manual looked fine. However, upon attempting
to step-by-step use it, I immediatly ran into a roadblock...

Paragraph 4 of page one states: ...If the plugin is started then the following
popup window appears (Figure 2). In the
following paragraphs we will discuss all elements of this popup. The figures
stand mentioned
at the paragraphs."

How do I start it or know if it is already started? 
 What am I missing here?
