[Gimp-user] problem with installation help file in other language

I downloaded and installed Gimp. I have also installed the help' in
Italian. However when I activate the help, in the started program, the
answer is:
Analysis error in 'https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-help.xml':
GET request failed: WinHttp error: SECURE_FAILURE
what should I do?
