[Gimp-web] Simplifying the home page introductions

Hello,

The main page has two introductory texts ('GIMP is ...' and 'This is ...').
I believe only one text is enough, for two main reasons: 1/ it's confusing
and 2/ Happy talk must
die<http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/2004/12/happy-talk-must-die.html>.
I'd be happy to submit a patch.
