Just test the state of the button.
Let's say you an array of nb_buttons called b_radio[], it 's just simple
as :

for (i=0;i<nb_buttons;i++) {
    if (GTK_TOGGLE_BUTTON(b_radio[i])->active)
       printf("active\n");
}
