run the autobuild.sh script in the new project directory. All seems to
go well until I try to build the application when I get this:
make all-recursive
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/phil/Projects/project1'
Making all in src
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/phil/Projects/project1/src'
Makefile:170: *** missing separator. Stop.
make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/phil/Projects/project1/src'
make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/phil/Projects/project1'
make: *** [all] Error 2
There are some warnings from autoheader before hand:
WARNING: Using auxiliary files such as `acconfig.h', `config.h.bot'
WARNING: and `config.h.top', to define templates for `config.h.in'
WARNING: is deprecated and discouraged.
WARNING: Using the third argument of `AC_DEFINE' and
WARNING: `AC_DEFINE_UNQUOTED' allows to define a template without
WARNING: `acconfig.h':
WARNING: AC_DEFINE([NEED_MAIN], 1,
WARNING: [Define if a function `main' is needed.])
Does anyone know why this fails? I'm using Autoconf 2.54 and Automake
1.5.
Thanks allot and best regards
Phil Jackson
