[Glade-users] Porting Glade2 appln to RH7.3

For starters, I installed libgnomeui-2.0.5-lpt.1 without problems
(rpm -qa shows it too.)

But when I try to use "configure" in my glade
project, I get the message 

"checking for libgnomeui-2.0... Package libgnomeui-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path.
Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgnomeui-2.0.pc'
to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libgnomeui-2.0' found"

Am I missing something here?
Any help is appreciated as it is urgent.
