My bad, I forgot to mention. I am on Windows XP -- please, don't hate me 
for that! :) As I described earlier, what happens for me is that the 
window is still resizable vertically, but only to a certain extent.

Should I file a bug report on that? If so, could you suggest under which 
category that bug would fit best?
