[Glade-users] How can I control only one instance of a program?

My dear friends,

I wrote a program with "glade". I want to control there is only one instance of the program at the same time. 
That is: I type ./a.out, and it runs normally. While it's running, I type ./a.out again, the second one must 
exit.

What can I do?
