You can find some more in depth information in the
archives[1]; but in a nutshell:

glade-3 is still missing some important features like
the toolbar editor, a11y properties & gnome widgets catalog
but IMO the codebase is quite stable. The plan is to
make another development snapshot for the menu-editor
(sometime this week) and then work on a release schedule
for the first real beta; I still have to compile a list
of exactly what bugs/missing features are blocking that release.
