You are wrong. You can add an GtkToolItem to your toolbar and fill it
with pretty much anything you want, including a menubar.
Mhm, thats another shortcomming in the glade tool though,
currently you can GtkMenuToolItem but you cant add menus
to it, you can also add a generic toolitem that you can add
anything to, not sure if its right to add a "menubar" to
that.
Note though that if a gladefile already contains a GtkMenuToolItem
with child menus, glade should be able to edit/modify that menu.
Geez all this really belongs in bugzilla
