[Glade-users] A nice tutorial for glade-gnome?

Hi all,
       Is there a nice graphic & text-based tutorial for glade 3. I found
these http://www.kplug.org/tutorials.shtml but as I'm a newbie (not a
programmer) and things have changed drastically & more better it would be
nice if there is an updated tutorial somewhere. Atleast I can make a mockup.
