[Glade-users] An idea for a new developers tool

It seems to me, that a program could fairly easily be written to parse a
glade(3) file and build a skeleton source file so that all the
programmer would have to do is insert code in the signal handler
functions and it would reference the glade file. 

Does this exist already? 

(I really miss the convenience of glade2)
