Hello,

How can I turn off the default accelerators for things like the menu
toolbars and whatnot? I'm writing an APL-like editor and various
keys on the keyboard can have alt, shift, ctrl, or any combination
of them in addition to the keypress in order to get more glyphs per
keypress. Obviously, accelerators lose their meaning in this environment.

In my menu bar, I have the default Help menuitem with no accelerators
set for it, but yet alt+H will activate it. I thought if there were no
accelerators that's what it meant. It seems I'm mistaken.

I don't know what's going on.
