i see from
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gmime/-/commit/6bff5288f9c108160dd56dd20a9c6608aa55f791
that the NEWS has been updated, but i don't see a git tag for 3.2.8 or a
tarball at https://download.gnome.org/sources/gmime/3.2/

is 3.2.8 supposed to be released?
