AccessibleComponent_getPosition reports invalid (x, y) for some
accessibles. E.g., for menu-items and scroll-bars, the position is
reported as (-2147483648,-2147483648).

FYI, the coordinate system being specified for the call is
SPI_COORD_TYPE_SCREEN.

Is this a bug ?
