per aaronl's request., I create a new patch for additionally modifing 
some old bad style code.

This patch extents the nsHTMLLinkAccessible to support the 
nsIAccessibleHyperLink. This will make the text link accessible by ATK.
And it also add  a new class nsHTMLImageMapAccessible inherited from 
nsHTMLImageAccessible. nsHTMLImageMapAccessible is the accessible class 
for client-side map hyperlinks.
In this patch, I think startIndex and endIndex are  not valuable to be 
implemented now.
