Looks to me as though this screenshot was taken by someone with a
'Microsoft Natural Keyboard" or who had that set as their X keyboard
driver.  Believe it or not, this view would be more-or-less "correct"
for such a keyboard.  Nonetheless it makes a very poor example
screenshot...
