jhbuild problem - RedHat 9

Hmm, I just tried jhbuild on RedHat 9 and now I have the same problem. I tried
reinstalling expat from source and rebuilding and installing python, but it
didn't make any difference. Does anyone have jhbuild working on RedHat 9? Any
clues?
