I hope so, since we view them as really important for accessibility :-)
Except for the 'wizard' and the 'engine' I think they are all fairly
small pieces which might possibly be co-located. The gtk engine should
be (at least in its initial incarnation) relatively small as well.
I would consider the "wizard" a very-nice-to-have RFE which might not
happen this release, but the others are things I think are realistic and
worth targeting for 2.4.
