changing pitch with dectalk rt?

Hi all
Does anyone know why the pitch changing functions of gnopernicus don't 
work on software dectalk anymore? On the main menu review, it clearly 
shows the pitch-changing working perfectly. However, when I use keypad 
7 to try and decrease it, nothing happens. Nothing happens when trying 
to increase it either. The only parameter which seems to work is rate. 
Am I missing something here?
