jhbuild again - trouble building gtk-doc

I get this every time. I even got this same error before I fixed the
ACLOCAL_FLAGS etc.

Yes, t hese variables are the same for both normal users and root. Tried
the bonobo-slay and removing the /tmp/orbit-* directories. Same error as
before.
