Now what?

Ok, I've built Gnopernicus and installed it.  I can't find any
instructions on how to set it up that are clear at all.  I assume it's
been discussed on the list before, but I'm finding scattered remarks about
the "access key" that must be set and files that you edit.  The web site
is no help at all.  So, what next?
