Navigating the help documents in help browser.

Hi all.
I am wondering whether it is possible to read the text in the help browser. 
I am attempting to read the Gnopernicus help documentation. I can get the 
tab key to jump between links, but what commands do I have to use to read 
one line of text at a time, etc.
