Re: What Do These Messages Mean?

I'm not sure what could be causing your problems. I start gnome
from a gdm login. I use gdm so my girl friend can also use gnome
from the other computer. I've had both her and my gnome sessions running
for days with no problems. I'm still using gnome 2.2 and gnopernicus 0.3.
I use
Debian packages and gnome 2.4 hasn't entered Debian unstable yet.
My system is a 2GHZ AMD with 512 meg of ram. I use a 2.4.22 kernel
with speakup.

I wish I could be more helpful, but I haven't had any problems like
the ones you discribe.
