Bill,
I checked my installation and found that I have the following:
/usr/lib/gnopernicus-1.0/libsrutil.so.12.0.0
/usr/lib/gnopernicus-1.0/libsrutil.so.12
and
/usr/lib/gnopernicus-1.0/libsrutil.so
I went ahead and filed a bug for the problem
bug #160368
