While you can get a pretty complete copy of
gnome 2.4 off of the Mandrake mirror ftp sites I don't know how compatible
those rpms would be with Red hat Advanced server.
I imagine you would run into many dependancy
issues trying to force a Mandrake 9.2 rpm into a Red hat Advanced sserver
install.

Is there a complete set of rpms for gnome 2.4
anywhere?
I have been struggling to install gnome 2.4 on a
redhat advanced server 3.0 machine, and would really appreciate it if there
were a set of rpms available.
I tried to grab them from the fedora cd's, but
found some of the srpms missing like libxml2 and libxslt.
Any pointers would be greatly
appreciated.
