gnopernicus locking up

Hi there,

I am using a Debian system here and when  I run Gnopernicus I have a real
probably after a little while it locks up sometimes the whole system or
sometimes it will lock up just the current console.  Are there any work
arounds or is this being considered heavily in the next release?
