gnopernicus and shift+tab

Hello,
I was tabbing around in the gnopernicus dialog.  When I hit shift+tab I
received the following message and lost all braille/speech feedback.  I'm
running gnopernicus-0.9.4.
(gnopernicus:2537): gnopernicus-WARNING **: srcore exited.

1.  Why did it exit and
2.  how can I restart gnopernicus without logging out of gnome?
