Hi, Mario.
You can use Openoffice.org 1.1.1 with Gnopernicus 0.7.1 or later.
First, you will need to grab the java1.4.2 sdk off of java.sun.com.
Second, grab a tarball of the java-access-bridge source off of gnome.org's
ftp site.
Third, you will need to compile and configure the access bridge. There is
some messages in the Gnome accessibility list archives of my posts last year
on how to get java based apps working with gnopernicus.
Fourth, you will not need to compile Openoffice. Simply, go to the
openoffice.org web site and download the 1.1.1 binary for Linux.
Fifth, assuming all is going well you can run the openoffice.org installer
and it should talk to you, and install in to /opt/openoffice.org/.
Last, you will want to make links in /usr/bin to the various office programs
you wish to use.
