None of these configure options should be necessary, i.e. the defaults should

The ttybrl.c currently available from the later revisions of BRLTTY's
repository does work. There was a temporary situation where it wouldn't, but
that was fixed yesterday evening. The only restriction is that it won't build
if you're using a recent (but not the latest) revision of BRLTTY. Specifically,
if you have any revision of BRLTTY from 1460 (2005-04-08 00:30:38 -0400)
through 1484 (2005-04-14 15:01:01) then you should upgrade to at least revision
1485.
