_ seems to cause problems with festival

Hi.

I have the following file name:

70s_sky.fm.pls

in my nusic folder.

Festival says the name as "seventys underscore dot sky dot zero dot
zero".  The DECtalk server says the name correct, only festival seems to
have problems.
