you have to run that each time you want to use it?
Until the GAIM maintainers explicitly check to see if desktop accessibility is
turned on and load those libraries themselves, you'll need to either set the
GTK_MODULES environment variable (GTK_MODULES=gail:atk-bridge) or put those
options on the command line.
